Custom Pieces

We are always more than happy to take on another project that is fit for you! Though, we do like to stay aligned with our main themes of corsets and traditional textiles. Therefore, please do contact us with your ideas through our email (infoprojectbija@gmail.com) to see if we could bring them to life!

Location

For now, we are only open for custom pieces by order within Bali. We soon hope to expand to other regions too!

Measurements

We highly recommend you send us the exact measurements that we need in order to make your piece fit custom to you. Yes, we do accept if you would like us to use the general size chart, but there may be issues that it may not fit you exactly the way you want it, or it just might. We will not take any responsibility if you do not provide us with your exact measurements and if it doesn’t fit you right consequently.

One-time Policy

We have a one-time policy where once your piece is made, you get one fitting, to see if there are any last-minute small changes you would like to be made. Then it will be sent back to our team for the last time to make changes. Once done, the final product will be sent back to you! This one-time policy is an optional extra for custom pieces only. Any subsequent changes after the one-time change with incur a fee.

Payment Terms

Your package will be dispatched only upon receipt of cleared funds in our designated bank account. Please note that international payments may require additional processing time, and delays can occur due to varying banking procedures and currency exchange processes. Therefore, we advise considering these factors when planning your purchase and delivery timelines.
