Shipping POlicy
For local regions, we use JNE or Go-send for delivery. Go-send is only available for Bali. Your delivery fee will be included in your invoice. We deliver your packages from Bali.
Delivery time varies depending on your location. It takes 1-3 days Indonesia-wide with JNE and same-day delivery for go-send.
For international deliveries, we opt to go for DHL, but open to take any other requested courier services. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods once it is sent.
Return & exchange
We only accept exchanges due to:
- The product does not match the ordered item (type and size)
- Product containing stains
- Damaged products that took place during production
All Sale items have a strictly no exchange policy.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for custom pieces.
We do not refund money.

For exchange must be within 28 days from order placement date.

Custom Pieces
We are always more than happy to take on another project that is fit for you! Though, we do like to stay aligned with our main themes of corsets and traditional textiles. Therefore, please do contact us with your ideas through our email (infoprojectbija@gmail.com) to see if we could bring them to life!
Location
For now, we are only open for custom pieces by order within Bali. We soon hope to expand to other regions too!
Measurements
We highly recommend you send us the exact measurements that we need in order to make your piece fit custom to you. Yes, we do accept if you would like us to use the general size chart, but there may be issues that it may not fit you exactly the way you want it, or it just might. We will not take any responsibility if you do not provide us with your exact measurements and if it doesn’t fit you right consequently.
One-time Policy
We have a one-time policy where once your piece is made, you get one fitting, to see if there are any last-minute small changes you would like to be made. Then it will be sent back to our team for the last time to make changes. Once done, the final product will be sent back to you! This one-time policy is an optional extra for custom pieces only. Any subsequent changes after the one-time change with incur a fee.
Payment Terms
Your package will be dispatched only upon receipt of cleared funds in our designated bank account. Please note that international payments may require additional processing time, and delays can occur due to varying banking procedures and currency exchange processes. Therefore, we advise considering these factors when planning your purchase and delivery timelines.

Why are custom orders priced differently from ready designs?
Because custom orders go through its whole own process. From getting the designs made to your liking, new patterns to be made, new fabric to be sourced, more time consuming and made fit for you!
What are the sizes?
Currently we are sized S/M and M/L but for the new upcoming line there will be a larger range of sizes with a size guide ready for you on our website <3
